I don't get SICKOS

I’m not a news person I tend to think it’s always bad so why watch it. Now my almost 80 year old mother I jokingly call her the weather lady because she watches news from here and abroad and is constantly calling me regarding some BAD NEWS or BAD WEATHER I should be watching for.

I generally only hear the news in the AM while on route to school and work via 97.3 The Wave. Lori often tells me what I need to know. . .

This morning was no different after dropping my daughter off at Elementary School I was on my way to Middle School to drop off my son when what I heard on the news just totally DISTURBED ME! Thankfully the one who actually listens was already dropped off.

The bail hearing of a Moncton man facing child pornography charges related to a daycare has been delayed until Wednesday at his lawyer's request.
Jeffery Adam Amos, 32, is charged with two counts of making child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and two counts of voyeurism.
Amos is married to the owner of the residential daycare, located on Frampton Lane, in the city's north end, according to the RCMP.
He was due in court on Monday, but his lawyer said he needed more time to prepare his case.
Amos remains in custody.
More charges are possible, police have said.
The RCMP’s Integrated Child Exploitation Unit arrested Amos following an investigation into a complaint in October about alleged incidents at the daycare dating back to February of last year, Const. Damien Thériault has said.
Two victims have been identified so far in the investigation, Thériault said.
I just don’t get how sick you have to be to commit such things! I can’t imagine being the parents who dropped my child off at daycare thinking they were safe and sound while I went off to work only to find out someone sexually assaulted my child and not only sexually assaulted but made pornography of it!!!
It bothers me so much that I don’t think I could handle it if I was a parent of one of those innocent children. I would want to KILL Jeffery Adam Amos.
I hate, hate, hate pornography always have always will. That said child pornography is another level of sicko!!!
So here is hoping the babies and toddlers that have been effected get some Infant Mental Health offered to them. The families effected as a whole likely need at the very least counseling.
And may Jeffery Adam Amos reap what he sowed and justice be served!
