Brie and Bryan -Digging Nuclear Fallout Shelters?
While out for lunch with the other Divas Brie was kind of forced into talking about her home invasion from a few months earlier. Thankfully Bryan was able to catch the culprits in the act and restrain one of them until the authorities arrived. Since then Brie and Bryan haven’t really done much to protect their home. The other Divas seem to think Brie and Bryan should be talking more precautionary measures to ensure no more break-ins. According to Nikki, Brie is a tad a naïve and she’d rather bury her head in the sand than take proactive measurements against further intrusion. Of course, this puts Brie into safety mode and she wants to make sure nothing like this will happen to them ever again.
So Bryan took the first step in protecting their home by going out and buying an alarm system his wife then voiced concerns that maybe they weren't doing enough. So she started talking to him about possibly getting a gun. The police officer that was first to the scene after the break-in had given her the suggestion of buying a gun and wasn't until after she talked to the other Divas she started to take his suggestion seriously. Bryan doesn't like the idea and made a valid point that having a gun is not going to stop people from approaching the house or trying to break-in.
Brie dropped the gun idea and stopped getting the barbed wire fence after Bryan promised her he was going to start a neighborhood watch. Bryan and Josie didn't have to dig a nuclear fallout shelter either. Bryan is so funny, say what you want The Bellas may be dramatic but those men of theirs are equally man dramatic just saying.
Eva Marie Distorted Is she size 2 or 12?
Eva gets a call to be on the cover of Muscle and Fitness for the second time! Being the only Diva ever featured in a fitness magazine it’s a big deal to her! Now in the process of recovering from her breast surgery, she seems to think she’s currently too fat for the photo shoot and begins to take drastic measures. Working out nonstop and barely eating so much so it’s scaring her pal Ariane. Ariane can’t understand why Eva is calling herself disgusting and skipping meals when she’s already in great shape and looks amazing. Since her surgery, it seems Eva has become hypercritical of herself. While out shopping Eva got weak and Ariane asked her when she ate last and Eva told her yesterday. At that point, Ariane went to Jonathan and wanted to know if he noticed how critical she was being on herself. He said it Eva talks like that about herself all the time with him. They agree something needs to be done so they arrange a special exercise. Eva describes herself to an artist that draws a picture of her description and then the artist draws the description his assistant describes. The end result was that Eva realized how distorted her view was. She sees herself at about a size 12 while most see her barely hitting a size 2. Once she saw how wrong she was about what she saw in the mirror every day – she broke down crying. Though she’s going to be a tough road to seeing herself properly – at least now she realizes it’s a disillusion. As always Eva did amazing at her photo –shoot. There is a reason you've been asked to cover Muscle and Fitness twice Eva, YOU’RE AMAZING!
Rosa and Paige K-I-S-S-I-N-G...
Rosa believes she’s been getting romantic signals from Paige though Alicia warned her that she could be misinterpreting friendship and support.
In spite of that warning, Rosa made a move on Paige and Paige politely told her she didn’t see her as anything more than a friend. It seems the “signals” were actually Paige just trying to reassure her friend that she was, in fact, beautiful in a slightly flirty manner. Reassuring someone is something any good friend would do though Rosa took what she said to mean something else. So needless to say their friendship has become AWKWARD. In Rosa’s fragile state she is crushed by her perceived rejection from Paige and has begun to ignore Paige’s phone calls.
Paige couldn't understand why she was being shunned and asking their third amigo Alicia AKA Foxy for help which didn't work at all Rosa just felt like she was being bombarded and that she wanted her space.
Nattie told Paige she should still try to mend fences. When Paige came a second time to talk – she told Rosa she was sorry if she was being flirty and giving out wrong signals. Paige never says she’s sorry so when she did apologize – it let Rosa truly know how much their friendship meant to her. So by the end of the episode, they were back to “innocently” flirting again. After all, they do love each other to bits.
