October 20, 2012 I got married
I know most of you knew that the wedding was coming up and it arrived. The day was wet but the wedding was perfect! It was exactly how we wanted it! Family and friends blessed us with their presence while we celebrated the commitment of forever! It was wonderful!
Ecclesiastes 4:9 is the verse we kind of claimed…
Two people are better than one. They can help each other in everything they do.
I’m glad to be a helper and to have such an awesome helper in Brad! I don’t know what I would do without him. He truly is a blessing! (LOVE YOU HUSBAND)
Our theme was Peacocks
There is much symbolism in peacocks Immortality, Renewal, integrity and inner beauty to name a few….
I would like to say I knew all that before I chose peacocks as my theme but really I didn’t. I first chose teal and purple as my colours then looked teal an purple weddings up on line and 99% had peacock feathers and that is how the theme was birthed!
. . . This is kind of a mushy one I just want to say it isn’t everyday you get to marry your best friend but I got to do that and feel very blessed!! I feel safe and loved and that’s the best thing ever!
One other thing we have some awesome kids!! The kids were so accepting of Brad and the marriage it makes me proud to be their Mom! They were awesome and totally had a blast at the wedding!! (LOVE THOSE KIDDOS)
