So I’m giving you a little update on the changes I’ve been making. I had mentioned I was going to start eating differently and working out…so here is what I’m doing Monday-Friday I do a 20 – 30 minute work out at 6am. And my eating goes like this any carbs or sugars I have before 1pm and I eat breakfast, lunch and supper. I don't eat anything after supper and I do stay away from junk. I got on the scales today and I’m down 19 pounds I am super excited about this!!! Woop Woop! Now I did have the stomach flu yesterday so I'm thinking that could of taking a couple of pounds off!! lol
